Glad to hear Kylie is right at the same stage - makes me feel like J is 'normal' - we go for our checkup in a week!

Granthamania - yes the adventure is beginning- I love how everything is an exploration now. So cute to see her wheels turn and try to figure out something!

Melissa - thanks! We call them her "tooties' now hahhaa. Your turn is coming soon enough - don't blink lol

Amanda - Yes meltdownville is coming, it's all part of the plan. I think a lot is factored on how you as a p;arent handle it while it's happening... seems to help if you stay calm and give them love (most times lol).

kathy d- funy about the dada with gibberish - we get that all day! Dadda and then a bunch of who knows what words coming out of her mouth LOLSkye https://www.blogger.com/profile/05663879992702576347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1757273551353259279.post-63397440949071447232011-08-24T03:41:29.303-04:002011-08-24T03:41:29.303-04:00She's very, very cute, and sounds like perfect...She's very, very cute, and sounds like perfectly normal in every respect.

And "Dada." My neighbors' 17-month old yells "Dada" and then gibberish, or "Dada," and then (in the last week) loud shrieks. I enjoy it as I know he's learning about the sounds he can make himself.

My nephew called me "Aunt Daffy" when he was that age, couldn't say "k" or "th." I was heartbroken when he figured out my name and dropped the "Daffy."

I think toddler personality changes are just a practice run for teenagehood.kathy d.noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1757273551353259279.post-53573224207019122602011-08-23T20:45:38.382-04:002011-08-23T20:45:38.382-04:00I love the curls! I am soooo jealous of Julianna's hair, so pretty! Kylie's not walking yet either, but is getting soooo close! The dr said today that as long as she is cruising and getting around holding onto things (furniture, our hands, etc.) that it's perfectly normal at this age.Aliciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09007742648097494367noreply@blogger.com
