So here is what added Sunshine to my week:
2 weeks ago on vacation, my daughter wouldn't touch the sand or go NEAR the ocean. This past Sunday, she let us put her chair close to the water and she ended up liking it. This progress makes me smile from ear to ear this week! She still won't touch the sand with her feet (notice her feet up on the side of the chair there!!) ... but maybe when we go back to the beach tomorrow she will make more progress.
I love this! Sunshine everywhere, I am so tickled how your daughter has her feet lifted up from the sand! She is a doll! Your blog is so so cute! Thanks for linking up! Do you know my mom almost named me Summer Sunshine hahahah oh my lol!

Thank you!! This was a fun one! Yes she hates the sand very much right now - she is a clean freak (Gee I wonder where she gets that from!) - We are working on getting her to walk on the sand slowly .... going to the beach tomorrow, so we'll see! Summer Sunshine... Hmmm. Well Here is something funny - My first name is Skye (if you did not see) and my maiden name was "LAKE"... Yes so it was Skye Lake. Nice huh? Go ahead laugh. :) Have a nice weekend!

DeleteYay progress! That's so great! I love everything about this photo! I'll keep my fingers crossed she makes even more progress on her next trip to the beach.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much - Yes I am hoping like heck she takes interest in stepping the sand- she kept saying she wanted to go in the ocean... but then we would try to get her off the chair and she would freak. Soooooo..... that will have to wait. LOL!
